EVENT DISCIPLINES & INFORMATION
Our aim is for events to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. This is greatly aided by pre-booked entry forms being completed and entry fee payments being made via online bank transfer. The AROC bank details can be found in the entry forms which are available on the Event Calendar page.
COMPETITIVE SAFARI
Competitive Safari - Event Timetable
Please refer to specific timetable information for each event. As a general guide, please refer to the following:
08:30 - 9:30 Scrutineering
08:30 - 09:30 Signing on
Please note that all drivers and passengers must be signed on and issued with wristbands by this time and may not be allowed onto the course if not done so.
10:00 - 15:00 course open
A lunch break is at the discretion of the Clerk of Course
Competitive Safari current entry fees are as follows:
£75 - single entry
£30 - addition driver
Navigators are free to enter but MUST be signed on.

CCV
CCV trials are AROC's most popular event. To aid the Clerk of Course and the team at signing on, pre-booked entries and online bank transfer payment of entry fees are greatly appreciated.

RTV
RTV trials are one of AROC's most popular events. To aid the Clerk of Course and the team at signing on, pre-booked entries and online bank transfer payment of entry fees are greatly appreciated. ​

TYRO
TYRO is a great introduction to cross country trials. They are non-damaging trials that have been set out to be suitable for road-going 4x4 vehicles.

A note about signing on:
Signing on will close at 09:30 on the day of the event. Anyone (driver or passenger) who has not signed on by this time may not be allowed to compete. The process of signing on is as follows:
1) complete your online entry form. This can be found using the links on the event calendar page.
2) if you have selected to pay online, ensure this has been completed with a clear reference.
3) on the day of the event, you must present a valid club membership and valid Motorsport UK RS Clubmans license to the secretary of the event.
Please also ensure that your vehicle has been scrutineered.
RC TRIALS
We often hold RC Trials at our bigger weekend/ camping events. This is frequently very popular and brings a great social element through fun competition.
